My husband has sleep apnea. His symptoms are pretty minor, but it is still enough that he has been diagnosed. I had no idea there were these informational books about the condition! I will have to check them out and have my husband read them. Even if he doesn't, I would be interested to know more about it.

My brother-in-law has struggled with sleep apnea his whole life. I just bought him a copy of "The Head Trip" by Jeff Warren but I'll be sure to hunt these down for him too. Thanks for the recommendations!

Sleep Apnea is a common disorder in which you have one or more pauses in breathing are taken place, while you sleep. Thanks for sharing the names of the books which contain deep information on Sleep Apnea. Central Sleep Apnea can occur with obstructive Sleep Apnea or alone. Such Obstructive sleep apnea are seen more in overweight people, but it can affect anyone.

Did you know that there are sleep apnea dentist out there that can help you out with your sleep apnea? That is what they are to do and I had no idea that sleep apnea was linked with your teeth, but it is. That is so cool that they have found out how to take care of it.
